Schuller Durham Center

Schuller Durham Center is a 5700 square foot office building located in Houston’s Rice Military neighborhood. Situated between The Heights and Montrose, Rice Military, is a centrally located neighborhood with many recent redevelopment projects, in particular industrial conversion projects. The neighborhood houses a variety of bars, restaurants, and business making it a popular hangout for young professionals.

Corinthian Real Estate managed the property’s industrial to office conversion, reviving an old warehouse into a functional useable space. The exterior remodel included new paint, new windows and doors, awnings, and updated parking while the interior was built out to be used for office space. The tenants include a health clinic and a furniture shop.
