With our experience in entitlements and permits, contracting, development and property management, we can acquire assets that other investors would find daunting.
All assets we acquire are managed by the Company to achieve maximum cost savings, profitability and proper execution of the business plan set forth for the property.

BRADLEY JONES – FOUNDER AND CEO
Bradley B. Jones is the Founder and CEO of Corinthian Real Estate, Inc. With over 30 years of experience in real estate across the country, Brad oversees the development and asset management for the company’s portfolio of retail, suburban office, industrial park and multifamily properties.
Prior to founding Corinthian, Brad served as President of Priske-Jones Company, a real estate firm focused on land development of master-planned mix-use projects and residential communities in California, Nevada and Georgia, as well as value-added retail investments. In this role, Brad conducted all operations, oversaw satellite offices nationwide and provided all legal oversight for company activities.
Brad began his real estate career in southern California as the President and Director of Development for Ken Jones Company, a regional residential developer, where he oversaw all development activities, from site selection to contracting to sales and marketing of the final product.
Previously, Brad was a Partner at the San Francisco law firm Farella, Braun & Martel. As an attorney specializing in complex real estate transactions, Brad spent over a decade representing clients in all sectors of the industry.
Brad earned a J.D. from Hastings College of the Law and a BS from the University of California at Berkeley. He has held licenses as a general contractor and a real estate broker.
Brad lives in Houston with his wife, Patty. He is an active father to four grown children who live across the country, and enjoys traveling and vintage sports cars.
CARSON ALEXANDER – DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITIONS
Carson Alexander is Director of Acquisitions for Corinthian Real Estate, Inc. and its related affiliates. In this role he actively sources and underwrites new acquisition opportunities, oversees all financial analysis and due diligence, arranges financing, and ultimately facilitates the disposition of each asset.
Carson has experience across a variety of asset types, including; Office, Retail, Multi-Family, Land, and Light Industrial.
Prior to joining Corinthian, Carson worked at The Weitzman Group in Austin, TX and CBRE in the Washington, D.C. Area.
Carson lives in Houston with his wife Ashley, and is a graduate of Louisiana State University.
DANIEL ELLISON – PROPERTY MANAGER
Daniel Ellison is the Senior Property Manager at Corinthian Real Estate, Inc., managing and adding value to multiple properties throughout the inner loop of Houston, specifically within the Montrose, Upper Kirby, and Heights neighborhoods. He has taken properties from Purchase through habitability, certificate of occupancy, to sale.
Over the last two years, Daniel has obtained his real estate salesperson license and has become an active investor in the Single-Family and Multi-Family industry. He is an active member of the Houston Apartment Association.
Prior to his work in property management, Daniel worked as a broker in the Oil and Gas industry for PLS, Inc. He was responsible for the sale of minerals rights, leasing rights, producing oil wells, and drilling ventures.
Daniel is a graduate of Abilene Christian University where he received a BS in Business Administration. His hobbies include basketball, golf, and snow-skiing.
